The kitchen is fully equipped, including both Nespresso and Italian coffee makers, plus a washing machine for your convenience. If you prefer dining out, excellent restaurants are just steps away.



We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, one bath towel per guest, one hand towel per bathroom, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, shower gel, air conditioning and heating in every room, a high chair, and an elevator.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. Check-out is at 11:00 am. Kitchenware must be left clean. We do not offer luggage storage, but can recommend a nearby Smartlocker. No events allowed. For security, cameras are installed in the building’s common areas.
