    Pajaritos II, ett avkopplande, friskt och soligt utrymme hela dagen, varifrån du kan njuta av en oförglömlig vistelse i Sevilla.

    När vi går in går vi direkt till ett vackert, klart och luftigt vardagsrum där det finns en bäddsoffa (1,40 x 1,90 meter), platt-tv etc. Bifogat till vardagsrummet hittar vi ett vackert integrerat kök med kvalitetsmöbler, fullt utrustat med allt du behöver. Efter korridoren hittar vi sovrummen, en med en dubbelsäng på 1,50 x 1,90 meter och ett badrum med eget badrum och den andra med två enkelsängar på 0.90 x 2.00 meter, båda med massor av naturligt ljus Det andra badrummet är oberoende tillgång.

    Pajaritos Street ligger i hjärtat av Santa Cruz, kanske det vackraste området i staden, och samtidigt den äldsta och mest historiska. Lägenheten är väldigt tyst när som helst, men i omgivningen hittar du små livsmedelsaffärer, typiska Sevilla barer, restauranger och många människor, både besökare och sevillianer, samt naturligtvis alla monument och sevärdheter i staden. staden några minuters promenad.

Very happy with this location and stay. It had everything you needed within walking distances and two bathrooms which was much appreciated. Communication with the team was easy with Whatsapp and would love to come back and stay again.

This apartment is in a great location, a very close walk to areas with restaurants and bars. Also a close walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. It was very quiet at night and easy to sleep. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Sara and the staff were very helpful and communicated with us through WhatsApp. The check in process was easy.

Seville Centro Stay

Location is excellent. The cobble stoned narrow streets give you a feel for old Europe. You may have to walk a few minutes to get a taxi.

Modern apartment in the heart of Seville

We had a great stay in Sevilla at this apartment. There were a few minor issues with cleanliness but otherwise it was great! We were happy with the location. Check-in process was easy and smooth.

Great place, great location.

The apartment is located in a perfect neighborhood. Everything was within walking distance. Luthia was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for food and nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend and cannot wait to stay again hopefully!

Great location for walking to everything in Sevilla!

We had a 3 night stay in Sevilla during Easter Weekend. There were lots of crowds for the religious processions all around us and this was exciting to see. The apartment is small but well thought out. We had everything we needed.

All around great place

The location was exceptional. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Walking around the narrow streets was magical. The flat had everything we needed to be very comfortable. It was very clean and the second bathroom was great, with 5 adults. The pull out couch was surpisingly comfortable.

Location!

This apartment was in a perfect location for all of our sightseeing activities! The air conditioning was excellent!! The guest bathroom shower, however, was slow draining and flooded the floor.

Cozy and convenient

Felt very secure, safe location. Could hear the sounds of the city but quiet at night. The apartment is small but a fabulous location which is perfect for walking any and everywhere. Alejandra from Genteel Homes was incredibly helpful with recommendations and reservations! She modified all recommendations to our family and considered the ages of our kids. So thankful for her help!

Location

Location was perfect close to everything walking distance only negative has nothing to do with the location or place just the streets to get there a very narrow most cars don’t fit. I left it there in front like 20 minutes and I guess a local was annoyed and scratched my car. Better of parking a few blocks away in a lot and walking to location.

Very disappointing. Despite quick reponse from property management team, this property is basically poorly maintained. So, blocked shower drain which caused a mess in the bathroom as soon as we got there, mould on the shower wall of one bathroom and on the bathroom wall of the other bathroom, a broken coffee maker and there was no clothes dryer. In a damp apartment, that meant three days for your washed clothes to have a hope of drying on the clothing rack. As well, the carpet on the living room floor was absolutely filthy. The team did their best to respond but this apartment needs work done to it. Really turned me off Genteel Homes and vrbo.

Apartment was not ready at our arrival until 5 pm. We were allowed to leave luggage but don’t know why it had not been cleaned. The internet info in the apartment did not have updated info but after texting host we got it working. One day we lost internet and had to again contact host who instructed us to turn on off main power which restored it. Apartment in a nice location, bedrooms and bathrooms were pleasant . Kitchen/ sitting only had 2 chairs for table and carpet had stains. Kitchen not really suitable for meals if that is the plan.

Great location!

My husband,My mother in law, and my daughter visited Seville. It was an amazing trip, location was perfect! Know that most taxis do not take you to the front door, so there is some walking with luggage. Communication and helpful tips by host, but at check in we waited for quite a while on the heat for the check in crew.. there was some mix up. Once they arrived we got to the apt and the AC was not working in one bedroom, minor fix of batteries in a remote. The front room AC started producing ice cubes one night, so we turned it off for the rest of the trip. I informed the host when we left. Other than that the place was great and we would stay again for sure!
