The second bedroom also has two single beds, air conditioning, and a balcony that brings in natural light and offers views of an iconic street. The third bedroom includes a single bed (105 x 190 cm), a wardrobe, air conditioning, and its own balcony.

Located on the iconic Calle Alfalfa in the historic center of Seville, the apartment is just a short walk from major landmarks such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Plaza del Salvador. The area is full of traditional bars, restaurants, and shops, perfect for experiencing the vibrant Sevillian lifestyle on foot.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
