Exklusiv designlägenhet öppnad i juli 2015. Det ligger i närheten av Santa Cruz, i det historiska området i Sevilla, mycket nära Alcazar, katedralen, etc. Byggnaden har också en gemensam pool, ett riktigt privilegium i stadens historiska centrum. Poolen är öppen från 1 juni till 15 september.

Lägenheten ligger på bottenvåningen i byggnaden, men har fortfarande solljus, eftersom vardagsrummet öppnar mot en vacker och trevlig uteplats trädgård och sovrummet öppnar sig mot en helt privat uteplats i lägenheten, med ett uteservering och stolar.

Med 60 m2 i storlek består lägenheten av ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng på 1,50m x 2m, ett badrum, ett fullt utrustat kök och ett vackert vardagsrum med inbyggt matbord och en kvalitetsbäddsoffa.

Great location and quiet

Lovely apartment for two in a quiet street in the heart of old Seville. The pool was great to cool off after a hot day sight seeing and we were just a few minutes walk in many directions to restaurants and the major sites. Ground floor flat and it kept cool in the hot weather.

Fantastic location.. literally 5 mins to the cathedral, no soundproofing from apartment above but didn’t cause too much of a problem, pool on roof was small but lovely to have after a full days sightseeing however no sun beds or chairs had to lie on floor

Comfortable stay and great location!

We LOVED our stay here and we loved Seville. It was our favorite part of our trip to Spain. The building is beautiful, quiet, and centrally located. The pool was key, we took a break from the heat and walking every day to let our daughter swim. We also loved our little interior patio. The apartment was clean and comfortable and I Ioved the shower! The rental company communicated well. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Safe and secure. Representative very friendly. Liked the change of linens+ Towels after one week. Apartment a little dark. Understand the design of the buildings to maintain some “ coolness”.

Seville vacation

Taxi took us to the building right from the airport. Manager met us at the door and showed us the place. Gave some recommendations of restaurants and Flamenco and we were off. Walked all over and had an amazing time. When we came back we always had this home away from home to relax and regroup to head out again. Close to EVERYTHING!!!! its literally in the heart of everything. Highly recommend this place. Super easy and a quiet retreat after a day/night of insane walking and enjoying. Will be back.

Prefectly located

This appartment is perfectly located in the heart of the old Seville within walking distance from everything (restaurants, monuments, parks, supermarket, plazas, etc). Upon arrival, we had to wait around 40 minutes for the host to show up, which led to a lot of confusion and frustration, especially being with young kids. This was quickly solved by a nice host who apologized and explained everything then handed off the keys. The appartment was clean but a bit dark due to poor outside light getting in. The main bed is comfortable but the sofa-bed matress needs to be changed. All the necessary amenities where provided apart from a hoven. The little patio isn’t really appealing due to being a dirty and bellow upper residents windows. The neighbors smoke and you can get cigarette smell inside the appartment at times. The pool on the roof of the building is super to cool off with the kids after a hot day of walking in this gorgeous city. There is no parking at the building so you’ll have to leave your car at the nearest (6 minutes walk) underground parking for 25€/day but you can leave you car briefly in front of the main building door to unload/load the luggages. The communication with the host was perfect after the initial issue upon arrival.

Appartement bien situé

L’appartement est très bien situé pour visiter, dans une résidence récente. Il se situe au rez de chaussée.Et est bien équipé. L’accueil et la communication avec l’hôte était bons. En revanche, il manque de lumière extérieure et sans allumer les lampes, il est impossible de profiter du coin repas en pleine journée. Le patio devrait être nettoyé. Et peut être un inconvénient si les voisins des étages fument aux fenêtres, font du bruit. Il est séparé du patio du voisin du rez de chaussée par seulement un verre fumé.

Die Lage ist super: Nähe Altstadt, Kathedrale und Plaza de Espana. Das Einchecken hat super geklappt. Aber das Apartment ist nicht so hell, wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Es ist auch hellhörig. Wir haben nachts einen Nachbarn gehört, der starken Husten hatte. Das war ziemlich anstrengend.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and loved the property and the neighborhood! The apartment is very clean and modern and the building is so pretty and has a lovely patio. There are great bars and plazas nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

Clean, well maintained in a great location

The apartment is in a great residential location in the heart of Seville. Close to all attractions, restaurants and groceries. The apartment itself is clean, bright and lots of room for 2 people. We arrived a few hours earlier than expected on a Saturday and the Genteel-Home were very accommodating in meeting up with us. The apartment lived up to its listing description. Only real area for improvement is that bedding (mattress and pillows) could be of a more comfortable quality.

A great place to stay in Seville

Our stay in Seville with Genteel Homes was great. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk to the Seville Cathedral so it is centrally located. We also walked to the Plaza de Espana and even to the Retiro barrio across the river. Overall, the apartment was quiet--no street noise. We did hear from time to time noise from the apartment above us when the occupants would drop something on the floor and there was a new baby who cried next door. But, we felt very safe and secure there. The dining room table was large and served as a nice desk to work on. The kitchen was well stocked and very functional--microwave, stove top, refrigerator, all were handy. The refrigerator freezer needed to be defrosted; we could not do that because we had food that needed to be kept cool. The neighborhood had tapas bars, bars, bakeries, and a supermercado, all within about 150 meters. When we arrived at the train station, we phoned Genteel, per their instructions, and the young woman, Christina, who is delightful, efficient, and friendly, met us at the apartment in 20 minutes. She briefed us well.

Très bon accueil de l'équipe en charge de l'appartement. Appartement très propre. Idéalement situé au coeur de la ville, il permet aisément de découvrir Séville à pied. En revanche, l'isolation phonique de l'appartement est faible et il est fort regrettable que la période d'ouverture de la piscine commune ne soit pas indiquée dans l'annonce, à savoir: du 1er juin au 30 septembre. Pour ma part, c'était un critère important de mon choix au moment de ma réservation. Déception à l'arrivée de trouver la piscine fermée!

Comfortable, secure, supplied with essentials.

Gentewl Homes provided us with, conveniently located accommodation. As a company, they are well organized and efficient. They responded promptly to minor problems when they arose. The property was clean though the fridge desperately needed defrosting. We have a great deal of experience with such short-term ratings in 5 countries. We find that companies do everything thing they are obliged to do; individual owners tend to add the thoughtful extra touches.

appartement très bien aménagé à 2 pas de la cathédrale avec une piscine sur le toit

L"appartement peint en blanc est très agréable avec une déco design, marbre au sol. Une petite courette avec 1 table et 2 chaises permet de prendre le petit déjeuner dehors. L'équipement du logement est au top ! Micro-ondes, grille-pain, machine à laver, sèche cheveux, sacs poubelles, torchons, éponge, liquide vaisselle, lessive, draps, serviettes : tout est disponible quand on arrive. De plus une bouteille de vin rouge espagnol nous attendait bien. Tout est propre. La clim est tombée en panne, les personnes de l'agence ont réagi rapidement dans la journée. Mais cette clim est un peu faible pour tout l'appartement car elle est placée dans le salon, la chambre reste un peu chaude. Il ne faut pas oublier l'accès de la piscine sur le toit : génial ! grande piscine de profondeur 1m10 partout : très bien pour se rafraichir après une longue journée de visite. L'appartement est situé à 5 min à pied de la cathédrale, à 200 m de supermarché (Supersol place Alfalfa) et de bars et restaus place Alfalfa. Quartier calme.

Le meilleur appartement pour l'été

Mon copain et moi avons passé quelques jours merveilleux à Séville. Il faisait très chaud et nous avons apprécié chaque jour de la piscine. La piscine est communautaire, mais jamais eu personne! L'appartement est impeccable, et très agréable. Je le recommande très fort
