Upon entering, the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining table for eight is on the left. On the right is the living room furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, side tables, and a Smart TV. A guest toilet is also on this ground floor for convenience.

Upstairs, a reading area connects two bedrooms with king-size beds measuring 180x200 cm. On the second floor, to the left is a bedroom with two twin beds (105x200 cm) and to the right another bedroom with a king-size bed. This floor also features a terrace with a bench, chairs, and table, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. WiFi repeaters on each floor ensure excellent connectivity throughout the house.

The area is peaceful and picturesque, ideal for experiencing authentic Sevillian atmosphere with easy access to traditional restaurants, shops, and historic sites.

The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
