The space
Thank you for visiting my page! I hope I will have the opportunity to prove to you that I wasn´t crazy when I decided the leave New York 29 years ago and live in Seville, the most magical city in the world!

For those of you new to Airbnb (WELCOME!!!), I would just like to make sure you know that you would be renting a private room with your own personal bathroom in an apartment shared with me (yes, I´m included in the price!) as I live in another room with my own bathroom. You would have total access/use to the whole apartment (kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, etc.) so you will not need to bring anything. Even though we share the apartment, it is YOUR apartment while you’re here and you have complete freedom to do as you like.

OK, now to the"piso":

Great top floor apartment in the center of Seville. Just a wonderful place to stay in one of the world´s most magical cities.

The apartment is right in the center of the city (very important because Seville is a “walking” city). I could have lived anywhere and picked this one because it’s a great place and is a perfection location for anyone visiting Sevilla.

You will have your own personal air-conditioned bedroom (a must in Seville!) with a queen-sized bed big enough for two. You also have your own personal bathroom and bathtub.

There is a balcony that goes around the entire length of the apartment so the views of the Saint Peter´s church where the famous painter Velazquez was baptized are amazing and most of my guests do spend time sitting out there while sipping a glass of Sevilla´s famous summer wine (don´t worry, I´ll have a bottle waiting for you).

I look very much forward to hosting my guests and making them feel right at home…so don´t worry, you will not need to prepare anything for your visit…leave that to me!

It´s all yours (ours ;-) ) so use it all! Living room, TV, stereo, balcony; make dinner and use the dining room table or kitchen table, the roof (ask me how to open it).
Other things to note
You will be going to the most amazing restaurants/tapas bars in Seville as this is my specialty! I give you an updated recommendation list upon arrival.
