Best Location Triana Apartment Andalusian Patio Sevilla:
The building´s main entrance is on the bustling, pedestrian and popular San Jacinto street. Inside, the apartment faces a traditional and always quiet and calm Andalucian patio.This oustanding apartment is located in one of the most valued and renowned areas of Sevilla, the popular as well as exclusive neighborhood of Triana. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the majestic Giralda tower. All of Seville’s well known monuments and city attractions can be accessed within 10-15 minutes. This is a newly renovated four-piece apartment, comprising one bedroom and one spacious living-room, full kitchen and little studio area, complete bathroom, and dining area. The unit is part of a small and extremely quiet complex of eight apartments in a charming Andalucian patio on one of the few and charming pedestrian streets in Sevilla: San Jacinto.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and wi-fi. The bedroom has a king-size bed that can be trasnformed in two singles . And up to 2 more guests can be accommodated in the sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking and serving utensils. The bathroom comprises a bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning of linen and towels can be arranged on demand for longer period stays.On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.

Outstanding!

We stayed in Sevilla for about 5 days. We picked Triana because it's a little more neighborhood-y and chiller than the other side of the river. This apartment is on the main drag, so it gets busy during the day with tourists, but the building blocks out all of that sound and is perfectly located by the Mercado and the bridge.The apartment was wonderful with a cute courtyard. The top of the building had clothing lines for laundry in the direct sun and our clothes dried quickly, even overnight. The living room had a bunch of personal recommendations, games, books; etc., that gave it a personal touch instead of the sterile experience of most management companies. The bed was comfortable enough. The water heater is quite small, so take quick showers if you're there with another person. There were enough toiletries and such, which we appreciated. Everything in the kitchen worked perfectly (dishwasher, coffee maker and water heater, laundry machine). The closet was large enough for 2 people taking a 3 week trip as well. It's simply charming.Some of the neighbors (really, one) were loud and everyone could hear them, but for the most part things were very quiet inside the apartment and everyone was respectful. It's also very secure.I highly recommend this apartment!

Fabulous location with everything you need for a great stay

Property is located in the Triana district surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets you name it. It comes with everything needed for a great stay. Pablo checked us in and left us to it. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip to Seville. I can't wait to return someday.

Those good reviews are fake. This old building is smelly, dirty,noisy. You can not sleep at all . There are always insects everywhere, disgusting When I checked in, the washing machine and sheets are filled with insects Stay away from this property.

This place is in an amazing location, right on the central walk-street through Triana & super close to the bridge into central Sevilla- so beautiful! The apartment is pretty small for 4 people, & the couch wasn’t super comfortable for my 2 daughters, but it was okay. There is a funky sewage-like smell in some spots in this first floor apartment. Remarkably, as it’s right by a thoroughfare, it faces a courtyard & is very quiet & peaceful. Overall we appreciated our stay.

Amazing location & host

If you want to stay in the middle of the action, while also getting a local neighborhood feel AND have a quiet sanctuary to return to, this is your place! The place is large enough for a couple or a single person. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed is comfortable. The host is attentive & responsive. It was a wonderful visit!

Wonderful stay in Triana neighbourhood

One of our best VRBO experiences. Jose was a fabulous host, going out of his way to meet us in person and orientate us to the apartment and neighborhood. He was also very easy to communicate with throughout our stay- checking in with us to make sure things were fine. Apartment has everything you need for a short term stay. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Welcome bottle of wine a nice touch. The apartment is located on an amazing street in the heart of the beautiful Triana neighborhood. Street has fabulous local restaurants and is a great place to people watch. The apartment faces an internal courtyard and is so quiet. Sevilla is a beautiful city - we plan to return and would love to stay again in Jose’s great apartment.

Perfect Hideaway

From the moment our host met us, we knew this was going to be fun. The pedestrianized street was extremely busy. Cafés, bars, music, people laughing & families having fun. What a wonderful atmosphere. Then we stepped, through a large door into a quiet relaxing courtyard. It was unbelievable! The apartment was perfect for 2. A huge, very comfortable, kingsize bed. Fully equipped kitchen , and bathroom. Lovely living room and a smart tv with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime. Our host was very helpful during our pre-arrival. Giving us good directions and was there to meet us with a smile when we arrived. We were given lots of local information as well as referrals for restaurants. There were also lots of tourist maps and books. Our hosts also suprised us with a local wine and olives. Overall we felt like family visiting. Great hosts, fantastic apartment within walking distance of all the best sites..

Good location

Good location, and quiet in the heart of Triana. However, the bathroom tiles/shower was dirty, and mildewed; overall the bathroom needed maintenance. The mattress smelled of mildew as well, but the bedding was fine. The living room was comfortable.

Communication with Jose was always prompt and he offered helpful advice on transportation as well as must see locations. The apartment in the Triana area was as described, a easy 10-15 minute walk to all the Historic Seville areas and shopping. Plenty of nearby restaurants for breakfast or tapas. Highly recommended

The perfect location

I sincerely think we stayed in the best neighborhood. The street is filled with tapas bars and is very lively but we never heard a thing from inside the apartment! Jose Manuel also met us and explained things. Apartment is comfortable and has all that we needed.

L'appartement est bien situé : on peut visiter bcp à pied, vélo ou trottinette via la location... Dommage qu'il soit quasiment dans la pénombre car 1 seule fenêtre, oblige à allumer la lumière artificielle...et le bruit des canalisations d'eau est gênant surtout au coucher .... mais à part ça tout est fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est réactif à vos sollicitations par mobile .

Very good location right on a street full of restaurants and bars but the flat is quiet.

The owner was helpful, gave lots of good suggestions for the city. Nice flat, very good location right on a pedestrianised street. Within walking distance of everything you need. Also there is a taxi rank at the top of the street, useful for getting to the airport/train station when leaving.

Location parfaite

L'appartement est parfait pour se plonger dans la vie sévillane. Dès le porche franchi, on est au calme dans un ensemble organisé autour d'un patio avec plantes et oranger. Et dès qu'on quitte l'appartement, on est plongé dans l'ambiance avec des cafés, restaurants, un marché très bien achalandé. On peut tout faire ensuite à pied, il suffit de traverser le pont. Bus et métro sont également proches. José Manuel est un hôte très sympathique, tout est donc parfait !

Location, location, location

In addition to being comfortable, well appointed, and well equipped, the apartment is perfectly located. The trendy Tirana neighborhood is a foodies’ paradise, and steps away from the apartment are tapas bars galore, wonderful restaurants, a fabulous indoor market, and a variety of ice cream and pastry shops. Jose Manuel is a charming host, solicitous and readily available. We’ve rented dozens of apartments in the EU, and without a doubt this is one of the best. The Kennedys, Ithaca, New York

Wonderful

It was a well equipped apartment that blocked out all the street noises as soon as you entered the main door, leading to the interior court. It was really well situated, although it was on the other side of the river in Triana. We stayed from mid October to early November and easily walked everywhere. We really enjoyed the market and bakery just down the street. Our host, José Manuel, was very accommodating and answered our questions very quickly. Having stayed in Seville for just over three weeks, it was great having the washer and the clothes line on the roof, which dried the clothes in no time. The weather was perfect and although it could be quite warm outside, the apartment was always cool. We loved Seville and would recommend the apartment and the city to everyone. Very satisfied Canadians

Don’t miss this — it’s a gem!

The apartment was perfectly located. In a non- touristy area but absolutely walkable distance to all the tourist sights. Lots of cafes, great restaurants nearby. Really fun area. The apartment itself was perfect. Very quiet, comfortable king bed, kitchen well equipped, good sized living room area. Our host Jose Manuel immediately answered a couple of questions, like where should we leave the key when we left. We highly recommend this place. We were there for about a week and found it hard to leave. If we return to Sevilla, we hope we can re-book. Don’t miss it!

Historic Triana

Great location for this Airbnb home. Tapas restaurants and cafés very close and just over the river from Sevilla Center. We loved this little bungalow. Jose was a great and providing host.
