Upon entering we receive a postcard image, as we see the Giralda and the cathedral from the entrance of the property. To the right we find the dining room, equipped with table and six comfortable chairs to enjoy with the family. Following the dining room, we find the fully equipped kitchen, with all the necessary utensils to make our stay a complete experience.

Returning to the foyer, on the left hand side we find the living room, equipped with Smart TV and a spacious and comfortable sofa where you can relax and rest after visiting the city. Following the living room, we find a work area, equipped with a desk that will give us access to the corridor that leads to the bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a bed of 210x190 and en suite bathroom with double height. The bathroom is fully equipped with shower and double sink for comfort.
The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom, with two 90x190 single beds and a second en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with shower.

The most characteristic element of the property is its panoramic terrace, which surrounds the apartment and offers exclusive views of the cathedral and the Giralda. Divided into three areas, it allows us to enjoy the views at any time, either in the dining area, equipped with table and chairs for up to six guests, the viewpoint area, right in front of the Giralda or from the chill-out area, equipped with sofa, two armchairs and side table to enjoy a magnificent evening as a culmination to a visit the city of Seville.

Located right in the Plaza Virgen de los Reyes, where the city’s main landmarks are found, such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Archive of the Indies, and the Alcázar. In addition, just a short walk away, you’ll find a wide variety of traditional restaurants and bars.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
