âProbably the best hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The staff were amazing when we had car problems and had to make last minute changes. The lakeside suite we had was perfect in every regardâ
âThis is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. â
âA top notch hotel! A lovely view, high standard and nice surroundings outside (+1 km from old town) the hotel. However we were surprised that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, one of the USP is the restaurant. In winter time, not walking distance to other restaurants (old town), and no taxis, Bolt or Uber!â
âEverything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. They have a pool if one does not want to spend all day bathing in the lake, although the lake is refreshing to bath in. The beds are not too comfortable, a bit too hard and the pillows are definitely something I would change if I was the hotel owner. â

âSuverĂ€nt hotell mitt i centrala Annecy. VĂ€nlig personal, pch frĂ€scha rum. GĂ„ngavstĂ„nd till gamla stan. Perfekt avslutning pĂ„ en vistelse i alperna - denna mysiga, vackra stad. NĂ€ra till Geneves flygplats, vilket Ă€r bra vid tidiga avgĂ„ngar.â
