“This is not a typical hotel that you walked in to a lobby instead it has various cabins with great views of the mountains around. You can walk to the lake within 2 minutes. The staff is also very helpful. We stayed one night for a family trip and overall everything was great. ”
“Everything was fine, just a small problem starting the heating. Thanks to Alexandre for coming quickly to help me. The restart attempt was not very conclusive. A technician was supposed to come the next day. During the night the heating started up again and unblocked itself. Otherwise, good stay, perfect place. However we were surprised that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, one of the USP is the restaurant. In winter time, not walking distance to other restaurants (old town), and no taxis, Bolt or Uber!”

"Stunning view and location, and the hotel is very beautiful. However, the service is not in line with a 5 star hotel - for example they told us that we had not yet paid for our stay and took a deposit of more than the total cost for our 2 night stay when we in fact had already paid our room and when we came back to the reception and mentioned that we had already paid they had forgot about us despite we just talked to the same person… and at check out we did not get a receipt and it was a long queue as it was understaffed and several people had issues with the high deposits "
