Seward Scenic Alaska River Cottage

  • Min fru Jennifer och jag valde denna plats på Trail River för att uppfostra våra barn på grund av dess otroliga skönhet. Trail River Gardens ligger bara 20 minuter från Seward i hjärtat av Chugach-bergen på den vackra Trail River. Från vårt däck är floden bara 50 meter bort med den majestätiska Mount Madison som en back droppe. Det finns sjöar över och under oss med berg på alla sidor. Du kan gå till vandringsleder till ännu fler bergsjöar. Om du gillar att vandra och titta på fåglar och annat djurliv, kommer du att älska det här på Trail River trädgårdar.

This place was awesome. Conveniently located between Cooper Landing and Seward. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

Very clean. Beautiful location. The river is beautiful with a great fire pit. Each bedroom has its own bath. Kitchen is basic with toaster oven, microwave, hot plate and frig. Lots of great stocked items. Big kitchen table and games for gathering. We enjoyed the no screens and had lots of time on the beautiful deck for card games and grilling out. Would definitely stay again.

The property is located on a beautiful River. We enjoyed watching the birds at the bird feeder. On our departure we saw a moose in the river like other visitors have seen. Everything was great. Three bathrooms was a plus. One minor issue that I just couldn’t solve….the WiFi worked on two Apple devices but none of the android devices. Obviously it was working for Apple devices so not the host’s issue. Thank you for your hospitality.

The cabin was so nice! The beds were comfortable and it was super clean. It did not have a living area which I was expecting. And the WiFi wasn’t reliable. The wrap around porch was lovely and it was situated next to the river and there were lots of birds. The location was wonderful, about 30 minutes north of Seward. The eat in kitchen worked for us, but it was small and there wasn’t much room for food prep. No stovetop but there was a heating element for pots and a microwave.

Loved staying here!!! Beautiful area and yard, love being right by the river. Close to several tourist type activities, hiking, fishing, etc. Had everything we needed and then some.

Comfortable and cozy place with everything we needed. The river view was beautiful. We saw eagles flying down the river as wewere enjoying breakfast.Great location...close to many great hikes.

Beautiful spot by the river

We felt so comfortable and at home here, and it was perfect for our stay. The location is so beautiful, and we didn’t even have clear weather! It is cozy, charming, and comfortable, ands our entire family enjoyed our stay.
