“Well built, quite new, comfortable beds with nice sheets, necessities, plenty of towels, radiant heating, quiet, nestled in the trees, nicely decorated. Shades offered privacy. Close to town. Curtains need minor repair. Double queen room quite roomy, but didn't have full kitchen, just mini fridge, sink & microwave, even though our room had table & chairs for 4. Website misleading. “This is a wonderful, peaceful and gorgeous property at the end of the road in Seward. Kendall is an excellent and engaging host, and runs a beautiful establishment in a beautiful location. At times it can be a little challenging to get there since bus service doesn't run and some taxis in Seward don't like to go down the dirt road, but call Bob at 907-362-9090 and he will take you there. For us the isolation of the place made it all worthwhile. You can sit for hours and just take in the majestic...

“The cabin is lovely, very clean and well maintained. All as described. However, you should be prepared for a few things! Boat drop off is a little hairy - if waves are high the water taxi will drop you very quickly (grab your stuff and run off the boat!) or may even decline to drop you on the little beach.
