“Our stay was perfect! The setting was lovely against the mountains. There was a walking path decorated with delightful sculptures around the property. Our room was large and tastefully decorated. The owners were very personable. Breakfast was on time and tasty. I would definitely recommend this place. ”

Although we missed seeing it, a whale also went by earlier in the day. Our room (#6) was excellent, looking out directly over the Bay and had reserved covered seating for us on the deck. “It is not fancy and the television wasn't working the first night, the restaurant wasn't open for dinner but the views were stunning. We had a really yummy traditional breakfast for only $10 a plate which was our cheapest meal of the trip. We aren't picky We were just happy to be in Alaska ”

“The room was clean and right up against the pier/marina. If you needed something, you would text the # that they provided you. They don't have onsite parking which is one reason why I took off a star. It's south of the property about 500'. It doesn't seem far but when you have to walk it, it's a jaunt. It is right behind the Kenai Fjords National Park Visitor Center. But when we stayed here, the visitors center wasn't open yet for the season. There's a decent breakfast place across the street...
