“The building itself was recently renovated inside with new decor and modern furnishings. There is a brewery with good food right downstairs in the same building and they have a beer garden/gated patio area. The rooftop terrace is only accessible until until 5pm, we were the only ones on the rooftop on a Friday around 4:30pm. “I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights and chose this hotel because of its passcode door security. Many people say that when traveling to Philly, you need to be cautious, and this hotel made me feel comfortable and safe. All the facilities are excellent and comfortable. There were no issues with this hotel at all. If I come back to Philly, I will choose this hotel again. Additionally, their customer service is very responsive and helpful. ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to central Philadelphia, in a nice, working class neighbourhood. It is on a busy side street, but it was quiet at night. This is a nicely renovated old town home, with good amenities. We really liked the full kitchen, with a full fridge. We would stay there again.”

“I loved the location as its close proximity to the Market. Checking in and out was very easy. The place has great potential just need some spring cleaning and extra shelves for toiletries. “I love this place but 2 dinette chairs are weak 1 handle almost fall off we did screw tighten up, laundry room full bulk blanket and etc hasn’t remove , the tv remote all batteries already dead we replace new batteries, bathroom toilet seat are loose we fix it completed in the back room I think #4 Window blind already damaged and there is no toaster in kitchen we would rent us. Again in future the place is so beautiful and thanks”

“We stayed one night. While the location was ok. The apartment could use some cosmetic updates. The tile floors had quacks. There were outlets with no covers and holes in doors and walls. The convenience of the apartment made up for the flaws. 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with parking across the street. We did run into a problem with not enough linens for the guest. (FYI I will be taking my own from now on) The owner was super friendly and answered all my questions quickly.”

“No iron or ironing board, No privacy thru window in spare bathroom. Wi-Fi password on the wall is all uppercase when it’s actually all lowercase. Handle for water temperature regulation on tub needs to be fixed. Otherwise, access to the apartment and location were excellent. Kitchen and living room are perfect.”
