“Property and location were fantastic. There’s a nice park within walking distance which was nice for the dog and kids. Property was well stock with essentials and very clean. They have laundry machines and a fully stocked kitchen with great appliances. Beds were both very comfortable. Will book again the next time we travel to Knoxville.”

“The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places.”

“The good - Conveniently located downtown for eats/drinks and check-in via codes was easy. The bad - At night time, some folks that were squatting right outside the main entrance/door (and charging their phones) which did not feel very safe since this room is the first one through the main door. Upon entry to the building, there was a legit pile of cleaning supplies, tower fan, paper towels, etc. in 3x large tote bags completely blocking the door. My friend had already checked in, but I got in...

“Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill.”

“We stayed during UT graduation. Great location, central to everything, and we thought easily walkable as well. You are right in the thick of it, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a white noise machine. The apartment was well appointed and beautifully and tastefully decorated. Beds were comfy. Parking is close by and free on weekends. Plenty of space for large/multiple families. And the rooftop deck was the icing on all of the cake. Great for pics and for creating “space”...
