âThe house was perfect for our needs. We had 8 people and there was plenty of space. Karen was so accommodating - leaving snacks and bringing over air mattresses when we needed one. She was very responsive and helpful in providing information on the area. We would stay there again!â
âI didn't like the fact that the front desk lady at night was very very rude and unprofessional she doesn't need to be rolling her eyes at customers it's a sure way to not have someone not come back and she double charged me and then rudely told me you will get it back whenever I leave I would like to have someone reach out to me asap â

âLove this hotel! I stay here every time we come to Lubbock, for the last 6 yrs. I like that the rooms are so spacious, especially the suites. High ceilings, lots of open space. Best rooms I've seen for a very inexpensive price. Breakfast is advertised as continental, but offers way more than most continental (muffin assortment). This offered waffles, eggs, and biscuit w gravy. â
âThe staff was great at check-in, breakfast and checkout. Our room was clean and the hotel is central to medical offices, shopping and the univer.â
âI had an issue with our mini fridge in our suite the staff was very friendly and helpful
We stayed again on the way back on our roadtrip befor arrival the staff called me and apologized again said we were being upgraded to a bigger suite and was also given a discount when we checked in!! â

âI thought the hotel was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Great shower. We even had a ceiling fan in our room, which helped us stay cool all night. The hotel called me only a few hours after I booked asking if I was going to make my reservation, even though I had done the online check-in. She asked me what time I planned to be there, even though I had done the online check-in. Odd. â
âIt was a good trip over all. They had I change my room once because of a mix up and the new room had an adhesive smell because of something being replaced. Overall, it still gets a 5 they were kind, prompt, friendly and gave me no issues at all. I would highly recommend itâs a good balance for the budget and far better than other less costly hotels. â
