“Beds were hard. Bath tub looked dirty and no coffee was in the room. Only tea.”

“Clean and comfy”

“Walls are thin, you can hear people talking all night. The cars from the street seem like they’re inside your room.”

“Conveniently located to shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech campus. The front desk attendant was very nice, polite and did a great job. The room was clean, pool was clean. “Clean and quiet room. I really needed a good rest and that is what I got. I will definitely stay her again.”

“Great”

“The cleaning of rooms needs more attention and the breakfast needs more options.”

“Was a nice quiet location. Centrally located and wasn’t too far from anything in town. Good communication throughout our stay. ”

“Adorable, historical and friendly. Charming place with an excellent staff!”

“Very cool set up. We didn’t utilize the interior court as we had other plans but it was a nice, comforting set up. Things quieted down by 10. I didn’t understand the “destination” charge on a $400+ room for the night. Nice place but nothing above and beyond. Good location.”

“Clean room, great staff and awesome breakfast!”
