We booked this hotel specifically for the George Strait concert and paid nearly $1,000 for the room, fully expecting a basic level of service.
Check-in is listed as 3:00 PM. We arrived at 4:30 PM and were told our room still wasn’t ready. We didn’t get access until almost 5:45 PM—nearly three hours past check-in. Because of this, we missed half of the concert we traveled for.

“Requested room to be cleaned and freshened up with towels, coffee, drinking glasses. They said they would but did not. Had to go down at 11:00pm to get items. Otherwise it was fine. Btw…we were there for a concert so was charged 1100.00 for a 2 night stay. Regular price around 140.00 per night..”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well.
Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle.
The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...
