“We stayed at this hotel for a wedding (wedding was incredible) and this hotel left us disappointed. It’s by far the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed at. First room smelt heavily of smoke so we were promptly switched to a new room but that bathroom was covered in hair. We mentioned this at the front desk and were met with attitude. Wasn’t appreciated. On our third day we needed more towels and after requesting at the front desk, we finally got new towels more than 2 hours later. The rooms are outdated...

“This property was perfectly located. We walked to dinner, shops, and activities. I had a work meeting that I needed to be in Tulsa for and decided to bring my family. An easy 15 minute uber got me to my meeting and left my family with our car. This was a beautiful space with great amenities with an onsite gym and pool. The only complaint I have is completely out of the owner’s control. The area gets a bit loud, and the nightlife/cars could be heard in the apartment. We would stay again. Just...
