“As mentioned in other reviews, the property is not in Paso Robles, but in San Miguel. Pros - beds were very comfortable and the surrounding scenery is beautiful. Cons - Getting an Uber proved to be a challenge. Some of the cookware/dishes were dirty, the dining room chairs were falling apart, and half of the blinds were broken and couldn't be raised to let in sunlight.”

“Great stay with out cat. The property is true to their listing. The unit is below another and the floors are thin. You will hear what's happening above, luckily the above guests were respectful of quite hours so we were able to sleep with minimal noises. Would stay here again!”

“Beautiful place great for an amazing gateway highly recommended!!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We loved the convenient location—it was close to great restaurants, activities, and provided easy access to the highway for trips to the beach and other nearby attractions.Communication with the host was seamless from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything very easy. Overall, everything met our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Norma”

“House on the Lake was truly a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care poured into this beautiful home. It was warm, peaceful, spotless, and the perfect place for our family while visiting our daughter at Cal Poly. The hosts went above and beyond even leaving a thoughtful fishing gift for our son , who was SO excited and actually caught a little bass! 🎣❤️ Those personal touches meant so much to us. We made the sweetest family memories here and...

“Everything was great. Well stocked and the kitchen was thoughtfully updated. We enjoyed having a glass of wine on the porch and relaxing. Look foward to staying with you again!”

“Overall this place is fantastic. It's super cute and clean. It was the perfect walking distance to the fair and an easy walk to downtown for coffee/lunch/dinner. The owner was very responsive. This property actually has two units that share a wall. (Heads up that the pictures on the listing are of both units.) If you're staying during fair time, I would suggest bringing headphones for when you want to sleep, as you can hear the neighbors loud and clear if they're partying after hours. ;)There...
