Trevligt hotell med bra läge
Bra hotell, bra läge med nära till tunnelbana. Rummet vi fick hade rätt hård säng och några få småproblem så som duschmunstycke som läckte vid användning men inga större problem. Trevlig och hjälpsam servicepersonal, har inget att klaga på där.

Bra hotell för priset
Mycket bra och hjälpsam personal, rent och snyggt hotell, dyr frukost som inte ingick i mitt rumspris, frukosten bra utbud. Simbassängen rent och bra vatten, synd att den är inomhus.

Jin Jiang tower har fräscha rum (renoverat för ett par år sedan). Bra läge. Allt det man kan förvänta sig av ett 4-5 stjärnigt hotell.

Quality hotel in the perfect spot.
Loving the location and I have no complaints about the room which was spacious, well-equipped and clean. Maybe the hotel is a little worn down at this point, and time for redecoration soon?

Not the newest hotel but nice and clean. The only problem was that the personal don’t speak so good English or don’t speak it at all. Sometimes it was very hard to get some information. The staff isn’t so friendly.

The location is excellent and overall the hotel is good. There are a few things could be improved. We stayed for 2 weeks and did get bored for the same/similar breakfast everyday. We have been to many hotels worldwide, but this is the only one does not have a sitting area in the large reception area.

We tried a special tea provided by the hotel. The next day when we came back, we found two such teabags with a note from the cleaning lady: I noticed that you like this tea, so I left two here. If you like to have more, please let me know. What a lovely note!

Stayed in Shanghai many times over the years and in different hotels. The Jin Jiang has definitely been the best for both location / convenience and overall hotel experience. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommended.

是一次不错的选择！前台服务人员态度很好，订的大床房给免费升级了行政房，房间相当漂亮。总统很满意！把原来10月的两间锦江酒店的房间也更换成了这里的房间。 Very nice hotel, nice service, beautiful room, good location. Would like to come next time!

For the price, experice is ok!
Over is ok for the price. Service was just ok. When we arrived to our room there was mildew smell. Housekeeping came and sprayer freshener and was fine. Fixtures are dated and old. They have a revolving restaurant. Food is expensive. Views are spectacular! Service its not up to standard for the prices they want to charge. There are other options out there.
