Hotell i Shap landsbygd

“What a great hotel. It is quite isolated, but is a little gem. Built in the 1930s, it retains many of its original art deco features and has been well maintained and sympathetically furnished for the period. “Met all our expectations, 10 years after our last stay. Perfect start to a long drive!”

“The reason I haven’t scored 5 is that Expedia sold us a room that had issues with noise / cooking smells as it’s above the kitchen and is noisey and smelly when the staff are cooking. “Food was exceptionally good with great choice. Staff pleasant and helpful.”

“The room was small but very well maintained and clean. The breakfast you could not fault, although you had to give your choice on the night before which personally not in favour of. The staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient. The situation in the middle of the village ideal and parking on site, excellent. No dogs allowed on site which I am in favour of.”

“Ett lugnt och trivsamt hotell med bra spa avdelning. En liten bit ifrån centrum av Grasmere. Restaurangen upplevdes lite stimmig och maten var ok. ”

“Lovely house with fab view of the Eden Valley.”
