“We had a reunion to go to in Orland, California. And we had friends that were in Chico. So the location was perfect. The room was perfect and we had a great time.”

The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.”

“I was up here for work and stayed two nights. Very comfortable bed and couch. Kitchen has the basics for cooking and dining. Plenty of shaded street parking.”

“Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. ”

“We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. ”

“So basically a hotel room in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of dresser & closet space with hangers. Comfortable Q bed, quality towels, everything I needed. I had to search the internet to figure out how to operate the coffee maker, but they supplied plenty of pods for it. I know its a Chico thing but ther are no street lights on the block. Made finding it after sunset interesting but the neighborhood is safe. I will definitely look to stay here again.”

The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit.”
