“The key card to the room didn’t work three separate times. The gal at the counter was super sweet and apologetic, but I had to go up and down and up and down and up and down the elevator three separate times with all my luggage before finally she went up herself to fix the door. Also, there were bug droppings by the coffee maker, the toilet and the sink. Everything else was standard/sufficient.”

“When we arrived at Hilton Memphis, we were told they were overbooked and did not have a room available for us, even after accepting our payment. Nor were we notified before arrival this was an issue. We were sent across the street to a Marriott property, who did not provide the amenities we paid for at the Hilton. No refunds offered, no transportation provided to new location, no breakfast included at the marriott that we paid for at the Hilton. Very disappointing.”

“Room was clean and staff friendly. Man working in Starbucks area had no idea what he was doing. Hopefully it was his first day. Hotel location was great for us.”
