“This condo served it's purpose for my husband and I. Very convenient drive to many distilleries & downtown Frankfort. Walking distance to a pizza place, mexican restaurant, & a very cute ice cream truck. The bathroom is pretty small for someone who is over 6ft. That was my husbands only complaint. People on here complained about outdoor lighting- that is not an issue and I didnt feel unsafe ”

“Thank you so much for a clean,cute and easy location. I enjoyed grabbing my coffee in the mornung and sitting out on the patio. It was a bit chilly but you had extra cozy blankets that were wonderful! Thank uou agaun! If back i would definitely come back!”

“We drove up for a short visit to visit some of the local distilleries. This location was close to the distilleries and close to downtown to go to dinner. The unit seemed newly renovated and was clean other than a few corners that can use some attention. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Check in and communication went very smoothly. Overall, very good value for the money. ”

“I stayed one night in the condo(with a preteen) and booked for two, it was nice for a weekend trip if you weren’t planing on staying in the condo the entire trip. Definitely a place to lay your head. But it also just felt so empty it wasn’t giving homey feeling like I’ve had with other rentals in the past. Something just felt off I can’t explain it but it was an odd feeling. But the queen size bed LOVED it I’ve never had a more comfortable bed to sleep on and the host was always quick to respond...

“This apartment is perfect. Great quiet location, very green surrounding. We enjoyed it, a lot. The only thing i would suggest is that there is not enough space for a woman to place her toiletries in the bathroom. The owner could maybe, put some shelves. We saw also that this apartment must be very warm in the summertime as the window get hit by the afternoon sun. Otherwise everything was perfect. ”
