“This was our third time staying at this place for a bourbon trip. Overall it is a good value, has the basics and close to distilleries. ”

“The place was clean and as advertised any communication withbthe owner was answered immediately and on on Saturday morning checkout we had a box of fresh delicious donuts on our door. It was a nice touch!!”

“The condo was perfect! Clean, great location, host replied immediately to my question at check-in. I appreciated the clear instructions left on the notebook for checkout. I would definitely stay again. The pool was mentioned in the review but it was October and we did not have the option to take advantage of this. ”

“Play was exactly what we needed! It was clean, and comfortable. The only things I would say need to be fixed are, the ceiling light in the bedroom needs new bulbs, it was out. The large clock on the wall was also not working, but these are easy fixes. Also, just a suggestion, maybe have salt, and pepper available. We thought it was strange that there was coffee creamer, coffee, and even granola bars, which was a lovely touch. But no salt and pepper. ”

“Host communications were great. Room was great. Some reviews say the area is shady but we had no issues the entire week. We will stay here again. If you run into the owner stop and talk with him, you may learn a few things about the area history. ”

“There was dust caked on the ceiling fan blades, cobwebs in corners of bedroom. It was not as ideal of a location as the listing made it sound. Beds were very uncomfortable.”
