“The location was great. Beaches restaurants and shopping nearby.Unfortunately the yard was in need of a haircut and cleaning of debris to be pet friendly. Upon opening the door and walking in the floors in every room sagged extremely along with a musty smell. Sleeps up to four but only seats 2 in the living room and 3 in the kitchen. Front door had paper held up by magnets for curtains.It needs some TLC!”

“The place was cooled before I arrived with an air conditioning unit making it a nice welcome.The host was communicative and hospitable. They left more than enough towels, pillows, blankets. I super appreciated how clean everything was and it smelled good which made them comfortable to use and sleep in the bed.”

“I had issues with getting codes, which I managed, but NO COMMUNICATION!! there was no direct help number that would have quickly resolved stressful situation For that a poor rating - otherwise good room and location it would greatly help to have a live contact also I planned one day to walk around New have, but you wouldn't let me leave my bag!! I can see not checking in but for the cost of the night the curtesy to leave a small carry on in a closet is not too much to expect”

However, my one-night stay here wasn't a smooth experience as I didn't receive all the check-in information with the check-in email, so I had to scramble with poor service to find a number. Thankfully, the host was quick to respond. When I dried my hands with the towels, they came away with long blonde hairs, which made me nervous to trust the cleanliness. “Great little downtown apartment! Small - good for up to two people. Nicely appointed and decorated, great sectional sofa, big TVs where we wanted them. Host was kind and helpful and accommodating. Location is pretty much across State St from the State Street RR Station, a block and a half from the Green, and near everything. Orange Street (half a block away) has a ton of bars and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!”
