“Everything was perfect and actually more than what we expected. We had been in the area had booked a room at a hotel but then we heard about West End Flats, we checked it out and we were very impressed.
On the other hand, we had booked a hotel online and not really satisfied with it. We are, ordinary people, but we still like a room that is clean and does not have a horrible smell.It's just we had booked it in already checked in. It was too late to get reimbursement. It was worth the one time...

“Easy contact free check in. Code for your room. They also have a self serve gift shop with a complimentary coffee and water bar.
Room was clean but I do wish the A/C was a little cooler. The room was humid when we got there. Throughout the night it got better. Beds were soft, comfy and clean”

“Everything with this rental was flawless! Great communication and message response time. It is a lovely and cozy rental. Loved the coffee and snack station. Perfect spot near JMU and the historic downtown area. Will definitely plan a stay here again! Only regret is we only got a chance to stay one night!”
