“This is a cabin resort depending on the room level. Rustic but you ARE in a national park so to be expected. If in the traditional or cabins, you walk up the hill to the dining room/bar. There are 2 short (1.5mi) right at the lodge”

“The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but twice we found long black hair that wasn’t ours on a pillow and the comforter. Our towels had rips in them. One of the bedside lamps had a burned out bulb, and when I went down to the desk to ask for a replacement, there was no one there for a long period of time. I eventually gave up. The alarm on the old-fashioned clock radio in the room surprised us by going off super early in the morning. The lobby and hallways had a weird disinfectant...

“A classic, historic, gorgeous hotel that is within walking distance to excellent restaurants and interesting shops.”

“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”
