“Wonderful! The room was incredible, the people were kind and friendly, we could walk to shopping, massage, and it was safe. The staff goes all out to help -- even take the luggage from the taxi and bring it all the way to the room. This was not a bellman, but the manager of the hotel herself! She was awesome! The bed was super soft and we wanted to sleep all day, the food at the restaurant was excellent, and the gym was clean and well organized. We will stay here when we go again for sure.”

“Never stayed at an Andaz property before but this will change. The design is gorgeous, I felt like I was in a beach house the whole time at the property. The room was well made and maintained. Book the panoramic suite, it’s worth it. The mini buffet in the lobby doesn’t hurt either. Dining was great, although breakfast can be a little cramped. Staff is wonderful and obviously well trained. Though still below the personalised service expected from the ultra luxury chains, Andaz Shenzhen is...

“Our stay was excellent! Only stayed one night but can say the staff was helpful, room was clean with a great view, and the washing machine is a lifesaver halfway through our long trip. Knocked down a star because our soap was not prefilled and the TV has a 5 minute ad every time you start it up.”

“Convenient location and it was a valuable experience staying in this hotel. We would stay again in the near future.”

“呢個品牌嘅酒店好多間，呢間係稍為遜色的”

“Very clean rooms, friendly staff and good area if you need relaxed times. Great park to walk around in, great gym and pool. But hotel did not have restaurant open?? Breakfast bit expensive but that up to you.”

“The room was spacious and clean. All the staff there is nice. However, the staff did not tell us what facilities were included. The drinks in the fringe are free. But the staff did not made know to us until we rang and asked. The breakfast was very very local and choices are very very limited. Quantity was also horrible as the local travelers take a lot. I only have a cup of coffee and that is.”
