“Very quiet, very friendly, was clean , we have been staying at this location for over 18 years the past 3 years has been the cleanest it has been , if your looking for something quiet and in between silver dollar city and Branson this place you will love we highly recommend if you have small children.”

“Like: Clean, easy rental, breakfast at cafe was nice Dislikes: coffee bar/game room was never open when we were at facility, no coffee in room, wooden deck three floors high was wobbly and absolutely not safe. It looks like they had tried to stabilize it, but it was not professionally done. Very obvious, and I wish I had remembered to take a picture.”

“I liked that the property was neat and clean. The hotel staff was nice and kind. I didn't like that fact that when we arrived there a baseball team of kids making a lot of noise in the lobby area during quiet time hours. I could also hear them running down the hallway near my room. I also didn't like that my room was right by the elevator. Other than that every else was good.”

“Nice clean room with all of the amenities. We had a room with 2 queen beds. We only had to use one bed which was good. However, the other bed mattress was awful.”

“This motel was spotless. The pool and hot tub were in excellent condition and my kids and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The included hot breakfast had many choices. This place makes me want to plan another trip to Branson just to stay here again!”

“New property. Very pleasant staff and stay. Had a suite with two double beds, pull out couch, kitchenette. Perfect for 3 adults on a girls getaway.”

“The beds were pretty rough, but thats most places anyways, my whole body hates me so i have a gard time sleeping on other beds as well. It was really nice tho. The staff was so wonderful. Very quiet. The lady that does breakfast was absolutly fantastic! ”

“We stayed mother's day weekend. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. There was some kind of stain or something on the quilt that was on one of the beds and the beds were hard. We do not plan on staying here agian.”

“During all the days I stayed, they never cleaned the room. The room smelled like humidity and the air conditioner was completely dirty. I only stayed there because of work and necessity, but it’s not healthy. The front desk staff are very rude to customers”

“We had no view, it was cabins in all directions except for a tiny wooded area behind the house. It was not ground level entry. We had a flight of stairs to the front porch and then another flight of stairs for the two other bed rooms. Upstairs AC unit went out on the second day, maintenance was able to repair it the next day.”

“The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately”

“The staff was very friendly. I arrived earlier than I had expected so they prepared my room before the actual check-in time. I thought that was very kind.”

“The carpeting in the room felt a bit "sticky" but that could be from the humidity experienced in Missouri. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, cereal and yogurt. Overall, a good value for the money.”
