“Our group of 9 had a wonderful & relaxing stay in Kim's property. Kim was great with communication and the instructions left at the property were helpful and easy to understand. The area is quiet & beautiful. There were lots of great amenities like access to walking trails and the neighborhood pool. We had fun using karaoke & enjoying coffee in the morning on the back patio. Outdoor area is great: had our breakfast outside and enjoyed the fire pit one evening. Area around the house has several excellent restaurants. Info regarding the living room tv would be helpful. ”

“Our host Kim was very responsive from my initial inquiry right up through our departure. The home was as described, clean, comfortable and of good value. Best was that all “incidentals” were already in place- plenty of TP and paper towels, dish and laundry detergent- and a snack basket and coffee to boot! A true experience that we would like to duplicate in other VRBOs, but they often fall short. A strong shout out for this property!”

“Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We were unable to use the backyard, which was absolutely beautiful and inviting, due to the schedule and weather. The off street parking was a big plus.”

“The property was clean and well stocked with necessities. Although, the address is on a busy street, the unit is tucked away and surprisingly quiet, especially inside the unit. The unit is small, but works fine for a short stay. The kitchen is actually roomy and the washer/dryer unit was a nice addition. Communication with the host could not have been better. She was very flexible and helpful. We would definitely stay again!”
