“Quiet neighborhood. Check in was smooth. Host was responsive. No major issues during stay.”

“Excellent spot for one family of 4-6 looking for comfortable accommodation for sporting event at nearby facilities. This unit had zero lists of chores for us to do. Thank you, and we clean up anyway. The batting cage is basically just a net, but who cares… the place was perfect for our recuperation needs.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group of parents and teenage boys playing at a tournament in Grand Park. We loved the location and being able to walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, etc were all available.”

“Great patio to enjoy the evening and watch ALL the fireworks ”

“We had a great stay! The house was extremely clean, well laid out, and exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the living room was comfortable with a nice TV, and the master bedroom and bathrooms were spacious. One thing we especially appreciated was that the house truly sleeps 11 people comfortably, unlike many rentals that claim to but feel overcrowded. The location is excellent—very close to Grand Park, making it perfect for baseball or softball...

“Nice space, well equipped, great location, helpful and attentive host.”

“We had a great experience and loved the game room!”

“Beautiful clean home with lots of space. The kitchen is well stocked. Loved the fenced in backyard for our small grandkids to play. Amenities for young kids and adults. Ideal for large groups. I’ve rented homes in Indy for years since my daughter lives here. This was the best!”

“Cute and great location we had a wonderful stay place was so clean!”

“Perfect location for a night on the town. Steps to the Monon trail and everything the design district has to offer!”

“Location was great, beds were comfortable and linens were plentiful. Check-in was easy and communication was timely. Would feel more comfortable, especially at night, if there were more window coverings and seating options. Small steps in kitchen were tricky to navigate and dishwasher wasn’t working at the time. Appreciated that there was nothing required of us to do before leaving the home.”
