“Property and room was clean. Breakfast was nice.”

“Lovely and cute inn close to the Smokies. Felt very homely with great service and staff. Perfect for single traveler or couples. On the slightly ”bad” side was my bed that was slightly too soft and ready for an update. Right next to the highway with gives great access however bit noicy when using the balcony. ”

“Ripken Baseball fields are next door, so if you're looking for a romantic getaway, call first and ask if there are any events going on at that complex. The hotel was amazing, but absolutely packed with pre-teen/teen kids who made the adult vibe of the rooftop bar & restaurant feel more like a Frankies' Fun Park. Having said that, we will definitely consider this hotel at the top of our list if we do this excursion again. Rooms were nice and clean (not carpeted-loved that). Ample space and...

“Property was in a great location. Close to everything but tucked away from the noise and traffic. Front desk was courteous and helpful, asked for more towels and pillows, the response was fast and friendly. This has become hotel of choice for our Dollywood visits.”

“Sparkling clean rooms, heated pool, live music and s'mores every night. My kids loved the slushy machine in the lobby. My only complaint is the shower water that gets all over the bathroom floor because of the half door. Awesome place to stay!”

“Room was not cleaned throughout stay. changing of towels was very poor. Electric switches were not working and lighting was bordering on dangerous. Had to turn fridge off because of noise. Food often cold and not topped up regularly. Floor was often a mess where children were allowed to "help themselves" Non service animals were allowed in the eating area”

“We loved the new floors in our room and how excellent the staff were. However, next time I will ask for a room without an adjoining room door because we could hear too much coming from the neighboring room through that door.”

“Convenient location and hotel was very clean. The staff seemed very unwilling to help mostly in the evening had bad attitudes. Normally other hotels i stayed previously the staff was very friendly and would be very accommodating not this one. But i would stay there again because how clean and it’s in great location. Not friendly.”
