âI would give them 12/10 if possible! Extremely clean, friendly staff always will to help, the breakfast is delicious! Cant go wrong with staying with Drury in Pigeon Forge or Chattanooga Tennessee. â

âI love the area the hotel is located, minutes of drive to the strip. Love the lighted view from the hotel position overlooking the strip. Love the largeness of the rooms, bed was comfortable, shower was strong. Love the breakfast choice, the hotel staffs were very friendly. Love the lobby of the hotel. I did not like that the shower water was backing up in the tub during the shower, drain needed cleaning out. Other than that, everything else was great.â
âEverything was perfect from the greeter at the desk to the comfortable, roomy room to the delicious breakfast selections and the lovely evening outdoor fireplace. We think it is our choice from now on in Pigeon Forge!â

âI have stayed in hotels where the room is only cleaned at the end of your stay or on request. These rooms were cleaned and beds made daily. I really liked this feature. â
âOur stay was great this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel we always enjoy the stay. This time we notice some updates which were nice but the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be and they do not appear to be an actual queen size bed more like a full so if you stay here get a king size bed and the toilets your almost sitting on the ground they are so low but other than that it was great and sammy was an absolute pleasure to deal with on our check out she was amazing.â
