“Recently renovated traditional motel style room was very comfortable. Tastefully decorated and everything was new. Great to park directly outside the room and walk in with no stairs. Nice big bathroom with toiletries supplied. Big smart TV. Good wifi. ”

Beware of the restaurant ( which is not owned by the this property ) the young female waitress was exceptionally rude and aggressive toward a single older lady, who complained about not being served. She told her ( in raised voice ) to leave and that she is never to return. She then proudly told us that she could call the police to deal with annoying guests. “Check innwas very simple. The area is very quiet and safe. The onsite restaurant makes nice food and the beach is a small walk down the road. Sadly the area doesnt have a massive variety of options, but the next town isnt too far away.”

“The room and bed were clean and tidy. The air-con was a little noisy, but I still slept through it. It's within walking distance to the shopping Centre which is convenient. The staff were more than helpful, with carrying our bags up the stairs to our rooms. ”

“Best hostel I’ve stayed at in Australia! Staff are incredible (especially Sarah). Location is stunning - it’s remote but gorgeous. I would -*highly* recommend a couple of nights here on your East Coast travels and certainly better than staying in Mission Beach which is full of construction.
