“The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. “The house is well designed and located close enough to the Shoal Bay shops and Country Club. However the house was not clean. There were cobwebs in the main living area and kitchen, all the window sills were dirty with dead ins”
