Large rooms compared to mlre business-like hotels in the area, the staff might be the best I ever met - warm, friendly, humble and so service minded. The short girl in a veil was absolutely the best. The night guy who was apologizing due to what he thought was lack of english knowledge were much better than he was aware of. When we had problems with our room...

"Central location, very nice onsen with multiple pools (one cold) and a sauna. Rooftop pool is nice but entrance is booked in advance. The view is worth it though. Top restaurant is nice: food is good but the interior could be improved. It’s ok though. Staff is very friendly."
