“Just WOW! This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. “The good....The room was really clean, the decor was beautiful and the bed was so so comfortable. There was a lot of pillows, the AC worked great, and there were plugs on the bedside walls, next to the side tables to charge phones etc. It was downtown , and the staff was kind. The ok...The bathroom was mostly clean, but dirt was built up in the corners of the bathroom floors, the paint was chipped along the floor boards, the jetted tub showed signs of corrosion. “Everything was very clean and welcoming”

“Internet was spotty at best. Restaurants closed both nights there (T/W). Yet very clean and spacious room and nice staff.”

“Rooms and hotel were OK. Proximity to the convention is great. Walk thru the lobby and into the convention center. Hotel needs a facelift. Room was clean but needed a refresh. Bathtub/shower definitely needed work. Rust stains in bathtub.”

“We had a nice experience with a large room, and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and good. The room was a little musty, but when I got the air conditioner going, it was better. Beds were very comfortable. There is lots of parking.”

“When we arrived couldn't check in rooms not ready, had to wait 3hours no towels. And all mangers at home the whole holiday weekend. I needed something free but no managers. First time there don't think I will go back.”

“A little noisy but otherwise GREAT. There’s a Texas Roadhouse right in front of the hotel so that was convenient. Staff were phenomenal! Right off 1-25. Way better than a regular hotel. Didn’t make it up in time for breakfast but it smelled good. I felt very safe , would return in a heartbeat. Very clean, comfortable bed.”

“This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate.”
