“The property exceeded my expectations, I've stayed at many courtyard hotels over the years and this was by far the best in every way. I was in town for a convention and the hotel was about 30 feet from the center, walk out of the hotel and into the convention center in about ten seconds, eliminating for me the need for rideshare.”

“Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. “We only had 1 bath towel in our room. I went down to front desk that night and requested another one. Guy said he would send some to us. Next morning no towels. I sent a chat thru Hilton app and called 30 minutes later. They said they would send someone. An hour later still no towel. I guess they need to buy some or hire some people that can deliver a towel.”
