“Our stay at this lovely home was perfect. Larry was so welcoming and full of good information on the area. The little touches such as the table setting and coffee bar were so charming and cozy. We took a short hike on the property and had beautiful views of the valley. There was plenty of wood for the fire pit and we enjoyed a nice fire at night. We would 100 percent stay at this peaceful and private property again. ”

“The inside of the place is designed really nicely with wood framing and rustic features. It's got a serious "hunting lodge" feel with guns on the walls and stuffed animals or skins everywhere. We were so excited to stay here for a wedding in the Catskills. The outside is just meh with a couple of dilapidated patios (no decks), a picnic table and a grill with no real landscaping. “Had a great stay here!! Location was nice and quiet. House was clean and air conditioning worked good!! The host was very easy to communicate with! Wifi worked good. Beds were comfy. There were dishes and utensils for cooking. Overall 10 out of 10 especially for the money!! Would definitely recommend and use again!”
