“Place was nice and clean, staff was extra friendly and helpful”

“Christina who handles the breakfast is the best. We have stayed here a few times and that breakfast is not only a time saver”

“The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room.”

“Excellent and quaint stay for two people ”

“What a wonderful place, the view from the balcony was serene . The fresh fruit at breakfast. The heater in the bathroom. The cookies at night. The staff was so friendly and we felt well taken care of. This is a place I would like to stay longer at.”

“Few years ago we stayed at the inn and got really nice room. This time we stayed at the inn and got very uncomfortable room. There was only one chair to sit even though there were two of us. And they had a little table/setae that was so uncomfortable. So the only place to sit and relax was bed and that made the stay not very enjoyable. There were several thing that were broken in the room too. One of them is closed door. The other was window shutters.”

“Great staff, Very good food, ambiance was amazing, rooms clean. Quiet and would stay there again for a longer stay.”

“No top sheet just duvet no other blankets, weird”

“Staff was excellent, rooms were as advertised and location is great. Would go there again!”

“Clean and convenient location”

“great neighborhood, lots of dining, retail, and grocery options in walking distance”

“Lovely, comfortable & quiet amid bustling Winslow-which offers many wonderful eateries & shops & the excellent Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. Definitely our first choice for lodging in Bainbridge.”

“Staff is very friendly. It is a rundown place and the cleaning is not the best. Our toilet clogged twice. There was a cig butt on the balcony. There was no soap at all but 4 small containers of lotion. We went out and bought some handsoap and showergel. What Made the stay still enjoyable was the view from the balcony. However we could not eat breakfast out there because it was not clean. But the staff was very friendly which was nice. ”

“The carpet in our room was wet and it made the bedding damp. They did not tell us. We didn’t realize this until we were completely unpacked and took our shoes off so our socks were soaked. The long bare hallway in the basement leading to the pool was so disturbing my granddaughter wouldn’t go swimming. There was no restaurant on site as advertised; however, they did have a breakfast buffet. The only highlight were the chocolate chip cookies in the lobby.”

“Enjoyed my stay.”

“For a quick last minute lodging it was OKAY. Found previous occupancy hair on one pillow. Previous occupancy personal used up shower items remaining in the shower. Floor surfaces were gross.”
