Very clear and easy communication with our host. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to downtown. Our host left us some groceries in the fully stocked kitchen since he knew I was arriving late. It was a very nice surprise! Plenty of extra linens and comfortable place to stay

My main "must have"is a clean property and I was not disappointed when I stepped into the apartment. I have stayed in numerous accommodations but this one was by far the best stocked apartment. There was even eggs bagels fruit and cream for your coffee. The coffees was delicious I forgot to ask what coffee beans he used. Marina is within walking distance and we spent a lot of time there, so peaceful. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

The apartment had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. Quiet neighbourhood and just a few minutes from "downtown" Sidney. Host Dave was attentive, provided some very nice "extra touches", and was quick to respond to any queries.

We really appreciated the door between the bedrooms and the living room. It allowed for a good nights sleep for some while others were in the living room chatting and snacking. Close to bus routes and 5 minutes away from ferry terminal. Will definitely come back.

Dave's place was great! The location is very convenient, and the space is homey and thoughtfully equipped. Communication was great, and very straightforward. I'd definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The food that was in the fridge on our arrival was appreciated. We found the house to be clean and in a convenient location. We also made use of the laundry and it was nice to have it on site. Thank you for your hospitality!

I keep a boat at Van Isle marina and stayed at Dave's place between voyages. The unit is very well appointed and Dave is very responsive. He even provided bananas, eggs and English muffins. There is also a solid espresso machine in the unit so I could have a nice breakfast my first morning before going shopping. The place is about a 10 minute walk to Van Isle, where there is a nice restaurant. I didn't walk into Sidney but it is definitely walkable. I would definitely stay here again.

So glad that we could stay here again; so warm, comfy & cozy. Clean & neat, right in town; excellent host; everything we could ask for. And we greatly appreciated not having to worry about grocery shopping when we arrived after dark because everything needed for breakfast is kindly provided. Thanks again for a great stay, Dave!
