“We had an amazing stay at this property. First, Thiago was a great host who was extremely helpful in all facets of the stay. The property is beautiful and really unique- it feels like you have your own Tuscan villa, but are still close to the town of Siena. It's a great compromise between staying in the actual city and in the country. The downside is that there is a decent walk to the town square (about 25 minutes) but it's very doable. “We were a group of 10 that stayed here for 4 days. We ranged in age from 19 to 72. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the views, the quiet, the pool and the ability to spread out and not feel cramped. The Villa is about 15 minutes from the train station, so a day trip to Florence was no problem. Some of the more adventurous even took the train to Cinque a Terra. “We simply loved the place. The outdoor area and the view was all we dreamed it would be. It was a bit hard to find the place and the written info was put away in a book shelf so we didn´t find that till after a while. But that was just a minor thing. Our hos Federico was most helpful and responded quickly to all our questions.”

“Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Very central - so close to Il Campo and the Duomo and restaurants and cafes. Great communications. Good facilities. Fab air conditioning which we really needed. Only issue was the back shower which trickled from the top shower but the other shower was decent. We had a lovely stay at Palazzo Nannini and look forward to returning. Highly recommend.”
