“Right across the street from Beach 7 and only two blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. “Absolutely perfect place to stay in Siesta Key. The studio was absolutely spotless, well equipped, cosy and comfortable. Inn premises was in nice condition, heated pool, grill, furniture, all worked really good. Close to the wonderful beach, and also close to the Village, with restaurants and shops. Paige and Gabe was soo nice to us, almost as old friends.”

“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

“The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time.”

“This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. We seriously hope we can come back again !”

“The cottage was so adorable! Cute decor and well appointed. The location was great with the beach just a short walk away and the village a couple blocks away. They even provide TP, paper towels, soaps, etc which is rare for a vrbo but a nice touch. Cheryl was accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend.”

“This place had cockroaches all over the interior and the bathroom had a rotten smell. We ended up having to leave and stay somewhere else. The owner acted as if I was trying to take advantage of them by complaining. I offered to come meet them, they did not respond. The place was located in an amazing location, but just was not comfortable or hygienic.”

“Trevlig rum nära stranden. Rent och kontinuerlig städning. Frukost finns inte på hotellet, men bra frukost/brunchställe i närheten. Negativt dock att det var svårt att hitta en lämplig plats på stranden om man inte ville hyra strandstolar. Stranden för övrigt fantastisk. ”

Bra att veta, inte alls många restauranger i området, utan man får ta gratis shuttle eller bil förstås till rest området ! ”

“Ett superfint hotell med lägenheter. Rummen finns i olika storlekar men inget är litet. Stort och rymligt. Välkomnande med båda Tv apparaterna på med trevlig musik. Snygg inredning med lampor som var tända. Små detaljer som att det fanns kaffe/filter, strandstolar, parasoll och badhanddukar att låna.
