Very clear communication with manager and quick responses with question. Clean unit, great security, bed slept really well, beach fabulous, great location to town but quiet property. Across from pool access but not loud. Really nice people renting around you. Not much space in bathroom but really nice shower and fixtures. A nice closet. Full kitchen with the staples in cabinet if you cook. The only thing I would say to change would be a new front door. Everything is updated and nice except door.

If you want to sneak off to the best beach in the USA, here is the spot you can go without breaking the bank! The whole island was crushed with storms so everything is rebuilt or being rebuilt and it is beautiful! Cool neighbors, great location!

Jayme is a great host. Even had a cooler combo shipped to us at no charge for beach drinks! This unit is remodeled and in excellent condition. BTW of course, we left the coolers for the next guests. My recommendation if you fly into SRQ, DON’T rent a car. Rent a golf cart. You’ll get a much better experience of Siesta Key Island life this way. Unit is well equipped. Just get your groceries delivered and enjoy your stay!

Unit was clean and well appointed with everything you need. Host was super responsive and directions for check-in / check-out are easy to follow. 1 of 3 pools on the property just outside the back door was amazingly convenient. A couple or even a family of four can be easily accommodated in this studio unit.

We had the best time here! Short walking distance to the beach and only a few miles from downtown. Great pricing for the location and convenience of being near all the stores. Great communication with the host. Thank you for opening up your home to us :)

Highly Recommend!

This adorable studio is conveniently located at Jamaica Royale - just an easy walk down to the beach and can easily ride bikes to the village. Good taste in furniture and detail. Owner/host was extremely repsonsive and so nice! Just know when reserving that you're reserving a studio, so it's tight, but we knew the layouts of Jamiaca Royale prior.

Siesta Key Paradis

We had a wonderful vacation and hands down, Jayme was amazing. Any questions were quickly responded to. Our son and his family were in Orlando on their vacation and came to visit us where we were. The beach day was so much fun. They stayed until sunset. Our son decided it was the perfect time to propose to his girlfriend. I hope Jayme will let us come stay again sometime!
