Nyrenoverat familj kul 2BR w / pool - promenad till stranden

Nyrenoverad gated strand lägenhet med pool. Detta är en lägenhet med två sovrum och två badrum som utgör en enhet i en fyrdubbla. Det är på en väldigt tyst privat väg som leder till ett gated beach access sätt som bara invånare på den här gatan har tillgång också.

Huset gjordes helt om och har alla nya möbler, lakan, kuddar, handdukar etc. Poolområdet uppgraderades precis med nya pool- / däckmöbler. Bekvämligheter ingår:
- Privat pool för endast gäst på vårt fyrbäddsrum
- Nyckelknappar till den gated stranden bara en kort promenad till stranden
- Nya lakan, handdukar, kuddar, täcken etc.
- Tvål och schampo
- Roku TV, kan logga in på alla dina olika streamingtjänster
- Netflix-abonnemang ingår i huset
- Strandstolar och leksaker
- Super snabbt internet / wifi
- tvättmaskin och torktumlare
- Kök i full storlek med alla nödvändigheter

Great break from winter in Michigan

The property was exactly what we expected and was convenient to the beach and the free trolley that went up and down the island. The beach is beautiful.

Great Place to Stay

My family and I enjoyed this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Quiet area near the beach. There is a lot of construction going on in the area, but it did not interfere with our stay.

This property was perfect for a family, lots of privacy, pool was clean, beach supplies are always available! The beach was like a 2 minute walk from the property door!

Great little weekend spot

Nice place with everything you need for a beach stay. A little hard to know where you're "allowed" on the beach in front due to the beachfront properties policing every inch.

Spring Break

Our group had a great time at this property during our Spring Break week. The location is great, beach is nice and it had everything we needed for a fun week. The common area is so nice and we hosted a cookout one night for other friends staying nearby and the layout is perfect. We were able to reserve the top two units and it was the perfect space for us. We were even able to make friends with the guests staying below us who were fun and friendly. Steve is a responsive host and provided us with everything we needed for our stay! I highly recommend this host and property for your Siesta Beach vacation!

Great getaway

This condo had everything necessary for two sisters to enjoy a week at the beach. The unit was clean, spacious, and amply stocked. On site amenities including pool, sun deck, outdoor lounge and laundry facilitiy werr wonderful. Close to the beach. Parking plentiful. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms could use a little upgrade, but overall good. Woukd recommended.

Best Location for the Price.

Hopefully the price doesn't get raised but for the price you cant heat this location. We were attending a Wedding at Jamaica Royal which was literally a walk up the street. The house has a nice pool to relax at. The house sit right off the beach not more than 3min walk up a private walk way to the beach. It was a holiday weekend so the beach was packed but with the private beach access there was plenty of room. The house provides all you need for the beach, theres also free beach lounge chairs on the beach as well. The only complaint i had was our internet stop working which was due to a storm but the manager had someone out to fix it. The place is nice and comfy. I will return to this place again.

This condo / apartment has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay in Siesta Key. It’s just a short walk to the beach and it has a great little pool with a comfortable outdoor seating area. There were 5 of us (2 kids) and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. There was a slight mix up when we arrived. The cleaning crew didn’t realize we were checking in and we were without clean sheets and towels, but a call to Steve was all it took to get someone out to us within 30 minutes to take care of the problem. We were very happy with the accommodations. The one thing that is worth mentioning is that this area was very badly hit by the last hurricane. Any ground floor dwelling or condo was flooded and is not inhabitable. As a result, there is lots of construction going on. It didn’t bother us because we were gone most of the day But if you are looking for peace and quiet, it may be a few more months until all of the work is done in the surrounding area. Otherwise, this place is perfect.

Lovely place just hot

Place was lovely! Our time here was definitely not as we thought it would be but guess there’s always next year. Neighbors next to us took all of our chairs from our table and were super loud pretty much all night. Quite hours don’t always exist if that’s important to you just beware. Condo was great except floors weren’t cleaned, lots of hair and crumbs and the fridge was never cleaned either. Condo stayed 80 or above degrees even with the ac running all day and night it didn’t cool down until 2/3am every night. Owner did have someone come out but couldn’t figure out what was wrong and he also had a cleaner come back to do the floors and fridge and she did the floors but not the fridge. A lot of back and forth trying to workout the ac issue. Couldn’t find anywhere else to book so we could go somewhere else and weren’t going to cut our vacation short and disappoint the whole family so we decided to stick it out and try and make it work. Definitely a great beach and would love to come back but definitely not this unit. The neighbors next to us also said it was hot in their unit so if we stayed again it would be in the 2 downstairs units for sure. The owner was great with replying and tried to help it just didn’t seem like the issue could be fixed and after 2/3 days into the vacation we didn’t have options for other rentals

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We loved staying at here for our first ever trip to Siesta Key! It was such a cute spot with everything...the owners even provide wagons, chairs and coolers for those that need to travel lightly! We had everything we needed for our stay...the location is great...within 2 miles of everything you need. Easy access to the beach and pool. Steve was very responsive.

Great condo, great location!

Perfect description. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of seating at kitchen table and in family room- very comfy. Nice grill area out back, small private pool, and lots of beach chairs and wagons in the back area to take to the beach for the day. Beautiful private beach, just at the end of the road. About a mile and a half walk/drive to the village. Would definitely stay again!! One downside that has nothing to do with owners or condo itself...Called the rental company to see if it would be ready to check in early. Got a standard text back saying no chance. We stopped by anyway and the cleaning people were so nice and let us know they’d be done in an hour. We were able to get in WAY earlier than indicated. The mgmt company never even tried to see if it was possible. Thumbs down to them.

Awesome place!!! I highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was great.. from check in, the Host Steve was awesome.. The condo was very clean and had everything and more that you needed, the beds comfortable enough room for everyone! They had beach chairs, unbrellas, floats, beach toys for kids, a cooler to keep your stuff cold for the beach and a wagon to take it all to the beach! The pool was relaxing and a grill to cook on too. They even left donuts for us to enjoy in the morning! I can’t say enough.. We will be back!
