Casa Blanca C16 - Stay a While in Sand and Style

C16 is a large 2 bedroom 2 full bathroom villa, 1064 square feet, with additional enclosed lanai space. Because this is a larger 2 bedroom, it sleeps six (6) individuals comfortably, with a new King Size Bed/Mattress in the Master Bedroom, two new Twin Beds/Mattresses in the Guest Bedroom, and a new Queen leather couch/sleeper in the living room - including all new dressers, side tables, mirrors, etc.in each bedroom. In December 2025, C15 was completely remodeled, with all new tile floors, new paint on interior walls, new light fixtures, new ceiling fans, new quartz kitchen countertops, new Frigidaire kitchen appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher), all new furniture in all rooms, including a new 75” SMART UDH 4K TV (streaming Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Apple TV, etc.) and also 40” 4K SMART TV's in each bedroom that stream the same apps. C15's kitchen is stocked with new dishes, glasses, pots/pans, utensils, cooking supplies, a Keurig coffee maker, and large areas to store your groceries. The Master and Guest bathrooms were completely upgraded in December 2025 with walk in showers, new plumbing fixtures, cabinets, mirrors, and lights. C15 is very close to the Crescent Beach white sand - about a 50 second walk to the beach - and after a fun day at the beach you can relax on the new screened in lanai with lanai furniture. C15 has a completely new air conditioning system that was installed in December 2025, with new blinds on all windows, and the sliding glass door, and new hurricane proof windows and doors were installed into C15. C15 is also equipped with Comcast high-speed internet dedicated to C15 guests only via a dedicated Comcast C15 high speed router.
