• Prior to arrival Guest needs to complete the Bayside HOA Online Registration Form here: https://form.jotform.com/233455309537056
• Upon arrival, for your Parking Permit, please enter through the main gate and visit the onsite office at 1200 Siesta Bayside Drive. You will need to sign and acknowledge the Property Rules and Regulations. Please return the parking permit to the office upon departure or additional fees may apply.
• Beach Access: Please review the map in the front office to ensure you use the correct deeded route to the beach. Guests cannot walk through the carports for beach access. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
• Fobs/Wristbands: Two fobs and 4 wristbands are provided in the condo. Please note there is a $60 replacement fee for fobs and a $10 replacement fee for wristbands. Please be sure to keep these safe, dry, and sand-free and return to the unit for our next guests. Any missing fobs or wristbands will be charged to your account per your rental agreement.
