Unit 5B, is a 2 bedroom/2 ensuite bath, modern unit with an open kitchen and breakfast bar. This unit is perfect for two couples with a new king-size Serta I-Comfort mattress in the primary bedroom and a newer queen mattress in the second bedroom. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets from lanai and primary bedroom that can only be found in the higher units at Crescent Royale.

The condo is equipped with high-speed internet, 2 DVD players, a 65" HD "smart" TV in the main living area and includes a DVR. Bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen TVs. The kitchen has a Keurig Single Serve K-Cup and/or 12 cup Carafe Coffee maker.

For a day at the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach wagon are provided to guests and accessible in 5B storage unit on same floor. In addition to enjoying the beach or pool, Siesta Key Village, with its many shops and restaurants, which is just a short walk away or utilize the free trolley which stops directly in front of condo.

The public beach just steps away features lifeguards, tennis/pickleball courts, children's playground, gift shops and concessions serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The famous drum circle happens every Sunday prior to sunset, visible from the Lania. There is also instructor-led Yoga every Monday through Saturday at the public beach along with nightly sunsets that are second to none!
