Jamaica Royale's private BEACH FRONT community is just steps away from the soft white quartz sand of Siesta Key Beach which has been voted #1 beach in the USA year after year! Enjoy beach, pool and sunsets from the huge balcony (like no other on the key) of this 4th floor, beautifully decorated with a coastal look, two bedroom, two bath unit. Granite counter tops in the spacious and fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and three flat screen TVs. Jamaica Royale has three heated freshwater pools, one of which overlooks the beach. This unit is spotless and has absolutely everything you will need to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the beach.

This property was lovely. The decor was beautiful and the condo had everything we could have needed. Going into the property was a long drive through construction of small units (from the hurricane damage-no fault of the owner) but once at Tower 1 it was better. Parking spaces are parallel parking. The condo was beautiful and the huge patio had partial ocean views that were so nice. Our only complaint was the guest bedroom was really warm and no pull out sofa in the living room which was cooler. The bathrooms were small but functional. Really liked the bottom drawers where the hair dryers were. The master room was huge and so was the closet. The room itself had beautiful views of the ocean. The guest room was nice also with 2 queen beds and the closet had a vanity in it. It would have been great had it not been really warm. The beach itself was awesome! Nice main pool that opened 9-9. We mainly went to the beach and really loved it.

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, and we were extremely happy with this oceanview condo! The amenities were exactly as described by the host. Amy was an excellent communicator and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. We especially enjoyed the spacious balcony during our children’s nap times and for relaxing at night. We loved the easy access to both the pool and the ocean. We would definitely stay here again for future trips!

This property was very close to the beach. The inside of the property is beautiful and has all you need including beach chairs and toys if you have kiddos. Although trolley and frog hop transportation is great here if you dont have a car the walk to transportation is long!!! The property manager was great and communicated with us as well as shared a lot about where to go and what to do. Gilligans was our favorite place in the Village.

We had a great time at sunny condo44. It was very clean and the location was amazing right on the beach with a beautiful view. Our host Amy was very communicative and went out of her way for any of our needs. The free shuttles were convenient and easy to use getting around the area.

We had a great stay at Amy's condo and Jamaica Royale! The location was perfect for us and so easy to use the public transportation. Beautiful white sandy beach steps from the door, quiet lication and uncrowded beach, which we loved!. We rented beach umbrellas and chairs from just an easy phone call. The condo was decorated with a cute beachy theme and well supplied with everything we needed for the week. Amy was easily reachable should we had needed but everything was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, comfortable, great location, no crowds to contend with, and we were fortunate to have nice weather for our stay. This condo had all kinds of little things already there to make the stay easier (like kitchen stuff, some beach items, cleaning/washing supplies, and chargers). The outside pool was unheated, so at this time of year the pool was colder than the Gulf, and that wasn't really an issue for us. We also enjoyed the nearby tennis/pickleball courts.

From the welcoming beach decor, the amenities, the condo being filled with every single thing you need, cleanliness and most of all the communication with the host Amy who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! We lived in SRQ for several years before moving out of state. We have come back every summer for vacation for the last 17 years. Hands down, this was one of the nicest and cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Sleeps 6 very comfortably and more if someone wants to sleep on the comfy couch. The owner was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We will be looking at this condo again for next year! You will not regret staying here.

We stayed for 7 days and could not have asked for a better location. Literally steps from the beach. And this private section of the beach is one of the best! The sand and the water are perfect. Amy is a phenomenal host. I messaged, emailed, texted and called her with lots of questions leading up to our trip and she was always quick to answer. The accommodations were good. There could be a few updates made to the bathrooms and kitchen appliances to make it great, but the time we spent in the actual unit was minimal as we were on the beach all the time. It is well stocked with everything you need. The only negative. Which is totally out of Amy’s control, Is construction right outside the unit. You do have a spectacular view from the balcony, but the noise during the morning and afternoon is too much to sit out there. The good thing was they were usually done by 4pm so you could enjoy it after that! If you are looking for close proximity to the beach and close to all other entertainment on the island as well as a phenomenal host, this is the place for you. Also, do the sunset bike tour!!!!

We had never been to Siesta Key, boy we were missing out! The condo was spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. The check in and out process was a breeze! The host made sure we were comfortable. The pools and grounds were immaculate. We loved the downtown and all the restaurants too. We are planning on coming back soon.

We have stayed in several condos in various Florida locations, but none were as clean is this one. The kitchen truly was "fully stocked" with anything one needs for preparing meals (short of the food.) The lanai is the largest I have seen, and you can clearly see the gulf from it. The beach is private, so even though you can see the crowded public beach, in front of the complex is lovely and not crowded. The facility supplies beach chairs, which is convenient. Amy has done a lovely job of decorating. We appreciated that she gave us great tips on what to see and do. There are only four units on the floor, so it was fairly quiet. The village center is a fun mixture of restaurants and a few shops. Publix, Walgreens and Walmart are just across the bridge. Enjoy! We certainly did.

I came with my small family of 3 and it was the rest we all needed. The incredible beach gave us the best sunset views, with the softest sand ever. The fact that the beach was literally steps below us (not even sea grass blocked our way) was a complete perk. Didn't have to worry about chairs, as the private property had plenty. My tween loved the private 2nd bedroom and comfy couch in the living area. The condo had every item we needed. There was a small issue inside the condo, but our hostess responded quickly and helped us resolve it. The food from the Siesta Key town center was amazing. Listen to Amy's suggestions, they were right on the money! Best clam chowder, Captain Jacks! Over all we had a fantastic and restful visit and hope to be back someday soon.
