“This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.”

“Schönes Haus auf einer Gelände-Terrasse am Dorfrand gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick über die grünen Hügel und auf Nocera UUmbra. Grosszügige Aussenanlage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht. Sehr, sehr herzliche Gastgeber.”

“This was a gorgeously renovated ancient residence. It was centrally located, not far from the local bus stop, and steps away from the central piazza (Temple of Minerva). The home had a loft bedroom, a washer, drying rack and fully equipped kitchen. Laura, left a large vase full of lilacs that made the place smell wonderful ! The huge wooden beams, stone floors , & walls, transport you back in time while providing modern conveniences.”

“Wir waren im August 10 Tage hier und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Es gibt nur positive Eindrücke. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die wir kennengelernt haben, eine tolle, großzügige Ferienwohnung mit super Ausstattung. Einen großen Garten mit diversen Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein super gepflegter Pool. In Arcevia kann man toll essen gehen. Auto ist zwingend erforderlich und wenn man was sehen möchte, sitzt man viel im Auto. Einfach mal hinfahren 😄”

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”
