“Great time ”

“Kitchen well stocked with large pots and pans. Plenty of paper products .. never ran out of hot water and there were 6 of us . Driveway was hilly to get kayak trailer in easily but since driveway was pull thru became a non issue . Easy access to downtown Sparta . Next door neighbor and son were super sweet and welcoming . Bryan said we could turn trailer around in his yard if we needed … southern hospitality at its best ! ”

“This property was so fun to stay at! The hot tub right off the main level was so convenient to hop in, and since its high off the ground there were actually no bugs or mosquitos even at night! The swim spa is a short walk down a super steep hill driveway to get to, but once there it's hard to leave and make the climb back to the house because its soooo nice! The shared "beach" area is so cool but there's a ton of broken bottles on it so we had to wear swim shoes to dip our feet in the lake...

“We rented this property for a family reunion and birthday and it was perfect! The location is amazing - Right across the street from Floating Mill Park which has a family friendly swim area and down the street from several watercraft rental places (Hurricane Marina, JBeez rentals). Our hosts were incredibly communicative prior to the day and on the day of check in. The view from the property is amazing and the actual place is somehow even better than the pictures.
