“It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. ”

Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. “It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. ”

“Caveat: we checked in around 9:30pm and left at 8:00am, spending just one night.Pros: This unit was generally as advertised. It is a very tiny space but very clean and well appointed (had ice in freezer, coffee available, hair dryer, and packaged toothbrushes for example). The bed was pretty comfortable. “Did not receive check in instructions. Called the owner and he helped us check in but was definitely irritated and hurried to end the call. Did not understand that there was laundry or parking permit until we received the check out instructions.”
